The Center for African American Health (CAA Health) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating health disparities and improving the quality of life within Colorado’s Black community. Through culturally responsive programs, CAA Health provides health education, wellness classes, chronic disease prevention, insurance enrollment assistance, maternal health resources, community outreach, and healthcare navigation.
The organization partners with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure individuals and families have access to the resources they need to live healthier lives.
